How to Use

Recommended Daily Intake
Recommended for ages 12 and older.

Ages 12 to 17: 1 sachet per day.

Adults: 1 to 2 sachets per day.

Before breakfast, pour the contents of 1 or 2 sachets (depending on the discomfort) into a large glass of water (approximately 200 ml). Shake until a homogeneous suspension is obtained. After improvement, you can take 1 sachet every 2 days, between main meals or before bed, up to 3 times a day.
