Description

Vitamins B2, B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) contributes to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin C, Selenium and Zinc contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system and the protection of cells against undesirable oxidation.

How to Use

1 tablet per day, preferably after breakfast. It should not be taken on an empty stomach.
